I am originally from Jacksonville, FL and relocated to Indianapolis in late 2019. I always admired art and fashion, and tried my hand at some crafts, but never really considered myself an artist. A few years ago, in a time when I was trying a lot of new things that seemed scary, a friend was teaching a throwing class and I finally signed up- and it was love from the start!

The meditative action of throwing helped my very active mind slow down and focus, and I have come to appreciate the patience required in all the steps- even those I sometimes disdain, like trimming! It has changed my life, and I have started to see that everyone is an artist, in their own way, and they just need to find the right thing! I have been trying new things and they may find their way into this page as well, but for now, my focus is on wheel thrown pottery!

I just want to make things that make people’s lives better in some small way- whether that be a mug that makes you smile when you drink from it, or a vase or dishes that get incorporated into your daily use. They may not all be “perfect”- they’re made by an imperfect person- but they’re my way of putting small bits of joy into the world! I hope you find something you love to give a new home!
